Cottage Gardens for All Seasons

When we set out to design new garden spaces, our ultimate goal is to ensure they're brimming with beauty every single day of the year. We've mastered the art of selecting plants that not only thrive in our region but also complement each other perfectly. By staying up-to-date with new plant varieties and trends, we're able to source not just the finest plants, but also some of the most distinctive designs, ensuring that no two gardens are alike.

Here are a few key considerations:

1. Specialty Early Blooming Bulbs: We love incorporating standout bulbs like Double Daffodils, Peony Tulips and Globemaster Alliums into our designs. These beauties burst into bloom just as we're emerging from the winter haze, adding a splash of color and joy to the garden.

2. Repeat Blooming Shrubs: Roses and hydrangeas are staples in our designs for their consistent blooms. We're particularly fond of varieties from the Drift and Knockout lines, known for their disease resistance and wide range of colors. Endless Summer Hydrangeas are another favorite, boasting stunning mophead blooms that last all summer long, with options for gorgeous periwinkle hues if you're a fan of blue.

 3. Fall Perennials: Fall is a treasure trove of stunning blooms, and we make sure to incorporate native perennials like black-eyed Susans, coneflowers, and asters into our designs. With colors spanning the entire spectrum, these blooms add a vibrant touch to autumn landscapes. But it's not just about blooms – we also select shrubs and trees based on their striking fall foliage, ensuring your garden dazzles even as the seasons change.

 4. Winter Interest: Many overlook the beauty of winter, but we embrace it wholeheartedly. Certain plants shine during the colder months, whether it's a tree's intricate branching pattern or the vibrant red branches of a dogwood. We prioritize selecting plants that exhibit captivating "bones" in winter, ensuring your garden remains a sight to behold even in the depths of winter.

If you're dreaming of a garden space that enchants you every day of the year, we'd be thrilled to join you on this journey toward creating a beautiful oasis that delights in every season. Let's bring your vision to life!
